DERMOTT MITCHELL HAS WORKED IN NOLAN’S FOR OVER 30 YEARS AND HE IS RESPONSIBLE FOR THE CURING OF ALL THE HAMS ALL DURING THE YEAR AND ALL THE CHRISTMAS HAMS, EVERY YEAR.

FRED MITCHELL WHO HAS ALREAY WON A HOST OF GOLD MEDALS THIS YEAR AT THE IRISH FOOD WRITERS GUILD JUDGED, IRISH CRAFT BUTCHERS COMPETITIONS, WAS THRILLED TO WIN INTERNATIONAL RECOGNITION FOR ONE OF NOLAN’S OF KILCULLEN BEST SELLING PRODUCTS.
